Tom Byrne, Founder and Project Manager / Lead Camera and Editor

Tom Byrne graduated from the University of Michigan in 1989 with a BA in Psychology and Film Studies. He is currently celebrating his 15th year in the Bay Area producing and editing film and video. During that time Tom has developed a unique and varied skillset. He has produced video projections shown at the Fort Mason Center (San Francisco) and the LA Convention Center for theatrical production, has worked as an Assistant Director for filmic and commercial productions for Hewlett Packard and Kaiser Permanente, and currently represents Admin Monitor at the California Public Utilities Commission, producing all of their public webcasts. Tom's introduction to the world of graphics and presentation was truly a "trial by fire," producing all courtroom graphics supporting client Arminius, Inc. against Exxon-Mobil, winning a 12-0 ($0 dollars awarded) successful defense.

David Renneker, Founder and Principal Forensic and Animation Artist

David received his BFA from the University of Michigan in 1990 and was one of only 4 students chosen for the U of M Medical School's MFA program for Medical and Biological Illustration. After studying with this elite group of med students and some of the industry's most decorated medical artists, David graduated and was hired by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as a textbook illustrator. He worked for three years before moving to the Bay Area where he was recruited to work in the video game industry. After a dozen years working with such companies as Activision, Crystal Dynamics and Microsoft, Dave was hired by a local attorney to create 3D graphics for a case involving mold formation, inhalation and immune response. Examples of Dave's work can be found throughout the website.
